We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Architectural Solutions team who will play a key role in bringing our client visions to life from start to finish. This dynamic role is all about leading the full project life cycle — from concept to completion — while collaborating across departments to ensure smooth execution and outstanding results.

As a key player in our project success, you'll take on a variety of impactful responsibilities that ensure each client experience is seamless, professional, and true to the Officeworks standard.

• Represent Officeworks by Participating in Client Meetings
• Create & Support Timely Project Milestones
• Conduct On-Site Field Measurements

• Own the Punch List Process
• Manage final project wrap-up

• Knowledge of architectural products portfolio and how it integrates into the construction process.
• Strong oral, presentation, written & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in workplace performance concepts/conversation.
• Working knowledge of construction/electrical/technology fields.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• 3-5 years project management experience in an architectural product, construction or furniture environment

with measurable success, preferably with business-to-business exposure.
