About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Technical Architect with a minimum of8years of experience in residential architecture to support the design and execution of complex architectural elements across projects. In this role, you will work collaboratively with project managers, designers, and consultants to develop technically rigorous, design-forward solutions for specialty components. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and fluent in translating ambitious design ideas into precise, buildable outcomes.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that signature architectural features are successfully integrated into larger project teams and executed to the highest standards

What you'll do

  • Collaborate closely with project teams, including architects, interior designers, and project managers, to develop and integrate complex architectural elements into larger project scopes.
  • Support the design and development of specialty architectural components, including stairs, roofs, façades, and custom installations.
  • Translate conceptual design intent into coordinated, technically soundBIMmodelsfor construction documentation.
  • Produce highly detailed Revit models and drawings that support fabrication, coordination, and construction.
  • Act as a technical resource to project teams, contributing to problem-solving and detailing strategies across all phases.
  • Participate in internal reviews and cross-team coordination tomaintaindesign quality, consistency, and adherence to office standards.
  • Workwithconsultants, fabricators, and contractors to ensure constructability, coordination, and alignment with design intent.

Qualifications

  • Professional Degree (B. Arch or M. Arch).
  • 8+ years of work experience in the Architecture/Interior Design industry, particularly in high-end residential or hospitality design.
  • Advancedproficiencyin Revit and strong experience developing detailed construction documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing.
  • Experience with additionalmodeling tools such as Rhino, 3ds Max, and Sketch Up.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, design-focusedopen environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to technical excellence.
