- Develop floor plans, storefront elevations, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials for retail store projects.
- Translate global design standards into store-specific solutions for international and travel retail locations.
- Review drawings and design packages for accuracy, quality, and compliance with brand standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present design concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Review and approve shop drawings as needed.
- Identify and resolve design, schedule, or cost-related issues.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design integrity and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- 3–5 years of retail store design experience; international retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Bluebeam, Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong 3D modeling, rendering, sketching, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create, read, and review architectural drawings and construction documents.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Luxury retail, travel retail, or corporate retail design experience is a plus.
