Store Designer

• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Bluebeam, Enscape, Adobe In Design
• 3–5 years of professional retail design experience

The ideal candidate brings strong retail design experience, technical design expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Impact

• Develop floor plans, storefront elevations, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials that align with established design standards and brand strategy.
• Translate creative concepts into practical, store-specific design solutions for international and travel retail environments.
• Review drawing sets, details, and shop drawings for accuracy, quality, and adherence to design standards.
• Partner with external consultants to support the timely completion of design packages.
• Coordinate with construction, purchasing, visual merchandising, operations, creative, and real estate partners to deliver functional, cohesive retail environments.
• Prepare and present design concepts, updates, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify risks to schedule, cost, or design integrity and propose effective solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying phases of development.
• Stay current on retail design trends, materials, and evolving design techniques.
• Adapt quickly to changing business needs, design prototypes, material developments, and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of professional retail design experience; international project experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience designing for international locations, travel retail, luxury retail, or large corporate retail environments is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Bluebeam, Enscape, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to create and communicate concepts through 3D modeling, sketching, rendering, and polished presentations.
• Ability to create, read, review, and coordinate drawings and technical details with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong project-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple work streams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, changing priorities, and regular feedback.
