Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and senior staff by leading the development of design layouts and frameworks across multiple projects
• Provide mentorship and oversight to Intermediate and Junior Designers
• Lead the development and refinement of drawings, renderings, and presentation materials
• Coordinate directly with developers, architects, and clients
• Guide the creation of space layouts that maximize functionality and comfort
• Develop and present sophisticated design concepts, mood boards, and presentations
• Direct the selection and specification of materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings
• Confirm that all designs meet applicable codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
• Lead consultant coordination and guide construction administration efforts for interiors scope
• Actively support the management of complex project timelines, deliverables, and team coordination efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an interior design firm
• Strong understanding of design principles, aesthetics, and industry-relevant technical knowledge
• Skilled in coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams across project phases
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Applies strong written and verbal communication skills
