We are excited to be partnering with an award-winning architecture firm based in Manhattan, specialising in high-end residential projects across the US and internationally. Known for a refined design approach that blends traditional influences with modern detailing and innovative technology, the firm creates thoughtfully crafted homes with a strong focus on quality and design excellence.
The firm is seeking an Intermediate Architect to join their Midtown Manhattan office. This role offers the opportunity to work across all phases of exceptional residential projects, from design development through construction completion.
Key Responsibilities- Produce architectural drawings, documentation, and project deliverables across all phases
- Support technical planning, detailing, and construction documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Attend site meetings, respond to RFIs, and assist with construction administration
- Prepare materials for client and agency presentations
- 4-10 years of architectural experience, preferably within high-end residential projects
- Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional production and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture required
- Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite required;
Rhino and Lumion experience is a plus - Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
