Salary: $100,000 to $115,000 + Full Benefits

In this role, you'll play a vital part in shaping bold architectural concepts, leading designs from ideation to realization, and working with cutting‑edge tools, including AI, to take your projects to new heights.

• Lead the design process from concept to development, turning bold ideas into tangible, buildable realities
• Use tools like Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI‑integrated software to create detailed drawings, visuals, and client presentations
• Provide mentorship to junior and intermediate designers, fostering creativity and excellence
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure the best design outcomes, contributing to code and zoning research
• Work in a fast‑paced, collaborative studio environment where creativity and execution go hand in hand

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred)
• 5-8 years of post‑graduation experience, with proven expertise in guiding design from concept to development
• Proficiency in Rhino and Revit (experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape is a plus)
• Strong visualization skills and the ability to communicate complex design ideas clearly and effectively
• Experience across a range of project types, from residential to commercial, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (German language skills are a plus)
