Winston Resources is recruiting for an established ladies apparel company seeking an Assistant / Associate Designer to support the design team across product development, color approval, sample management, and design operations. This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented design professional, especially someone with experience in apparel design support, color management, sketching, and PLM systems.
What Winston Resources Is Looking For:- Experience supporting apparel design and development teams
- Ability to review and manage color submits, including lab dips, strike-offs, and bulk production materials
- Proficiency with sketching, design sheets, and materials lists
- Experience working in BeProduct PLM and managing sample and production color charts
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate samples and support milestone documentation
Salary range: $55,000-$65,000
