Associate Designer – Intimates

Winston Resources is recruiting for an Associate Designer opportunity within the intimates category.

This role supports the design process from concept through development, including trend research, technical package creation, factory communication, and buyer presentation support.

This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented design professional, especially someone with experience in intimates design, technical development, and overseas factory coordination.

• Experience sketching new styles for development
• Ability to create design sheets, tech packs, and BOMs for factories
• Knowledge of seasonal trend research and market shopping
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience reviewing quality submits and following T&A calendars
• Strong communication skills for daily follow-up with the Hong Kong office
• Ability to assist with CADs for buyer meetings

Salary range: $70,000–$80,000
