Our client is seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong design and technical skills, with experience contributing to projects through multiple phases of the architectural process. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated designer to collaborate with senior architects, project managers, consultants, and clients while gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery.
Responsibilities- Assist with architectural projects from conceptual design through construction documentation and construction administration
- Develop design concepts, diagrams, presentations, renderings, and architectural drawings
- Produce and coordinate drawings using Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documents
- Collaborate with Project Architects and Project Managers throughout all phases of design and documentation
- Coordinate with consultants and incorporate structural, MEP, civil, and other technical information into project documents
- Participate in client, consultant, and team meetings
- Assist with zoning, code research, permitting, and regulatory requirements
- Support construction administration activities, including reviewing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings as needed
- Participate in site visits and field documentation to support project delivery
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- 2+ years of professional architectural experience preferred
- Experience working on projects through multiple phases of design and documentation
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Progress toward architectural licensure is a plus
