Location: New York
Motion Recruitment is seeking a Founding UX/UI Designer for a Williamsburg, Brooklyn‑based biotech startup. You will own end-to-end product design for the platform, collaborating with ML and biology experts to scope, prototype, and ship features in a fast-paced early-stage environment.
You will translate complex cellular data into intuitive interfaces, establish a foundational design system, and work with the founding team to move rapidly toward full-time placement in a hybrid or on-site setting.
