- Demonstrate a working level of business knowledge and current design trends.
- Direct and manage third-party consultants for completion of design packages.
- Review drawing sets for adherence to design standards and accuracy.
- Coordinate with partners to assure project completion within schedule and budget.
- Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 3-5 years of design experience working on retail projects, with some international experience.
- Technical expertise in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Blue Beam, Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Proficient in 3D modeling, sketching, rendering, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create, read, and review drawings.
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by Work Genius.
