Job Type: Permanent Compensation Range: $80,000 - 90,000 per year
Step into a dynamic role where you will lead the visual evolution for a portfolio of upscale, globally recognized home décor and hospitality brands. You will have the opportunity to drive innovative product launches from concept to production, utilizing an advanced tech stack including Solid Works and Key Shot. Enjoy a collaborative, high-visibility environment that offers a strong work-life balance and a hybrid schedule tailored to foster both creativity and focused execution.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, creation, and development of new products, in lighting and home décor categories.
Participate in brainstorm sessions for product launches.
Develop designs from multiple conceptual sources.
Develop innovative concepts based on brand attributes.
Collaborate with mechanical/electrical engineers and manufacturers.
Participate in product review meetings and presentations with staff at all levels.
Travel as necessary to meet project needs and attend industry-related events.
Qualifications:
3 to 7 years of professional experience in industrial, product, or home décor design.
Proficiency in translating concepts using AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Key Shot.
Strong foundational knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes, such as metalworking and casting.
A Bachelor's degree (BS/BFA) in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a closely related field.
Bonus Points:
