Senior Interior Designer

I'm partnering with a firm that is in need of a Senior Interior Designer with 10–15 years of experience to lead luxury residential projects from concept through installation. This role is ideal for a design-focused professional with strong technical skills, client management experience, and a passion for delivering highly customized residential interiors.

• Lead projects through all phases, including concept design, space planning, construction documentation, construction administration, and installation.
• Develop presentation materials, technical drawing sets, custom detailing, and FF&E packages for luxury residential projects.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and trades to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with firm leadership to ensure design excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

• 8–12 years of luxury residential interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential work from concept through construction.
• Experience with construction documentation, construction administration, FF&E, and custom detailing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required;
  Revit experience preferred.
