We're hiring an Architectural Drafter (Intermediate) for a design studio in the No
Ho neighborhood of Manhattan. This is a hands-on production drafting role - you'll take redlines and sketches and turn them into clean, complete drawing sets for residential projects (homes and apartments). This is not a design or management position.
- 3-5 years of experience producing complete architectural drawing sets independently
- Strong AutoCAD skills required
- A degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Comfortable working in a Mac-based office
Nice to have: experience with NYC DOB permit filings, millwork details, Bluebeam, Sketch Up, Rhino, or Studio Designer.
This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days per week). No remote or hybrid option.
Compensation:$85,000-$110,000 per year
