Senior Technical Product Manager

Overview:

First of its kind fitness and wellness platform covered by insurance, is looking of a Technical Product Manager to help build and grow their AI-powered features for consumers and coaches.

* To note: this would be an hybrid role to their office in SoHo NYC, and ideally looking candidates that are US Citizens or Permanent Residents (Green Card Holder).*

Responsibilities:

• Combine product taste, user empathy, and hands‑on engineering to build AI-powered features that help coaches deliver better, more personalized guidance to clients.
• Conduct user research with coaches and clients, designing thoughtful solutions, and shipping production features using AI coding tools
• Build AI-powered recommendation systems
• Create delightful consumer and coach-facing UI/UX across web and mobile — leveraging AI agents to produce polished designs without needing to be a traditional designer
• Define success metrics and own outcomes for your product area, such as daily engagement rate or coach‑client interaction quality
• Have autonomy of the product roadmap and ability to push back on the CEO's product vision with your own informed perspective, driving the direction of the company and what gets built next

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years in in a product, engineering, and/or technical product role
• Have been early stage or launched any well-designed consumer product (definite plus if it's insurance-covered on the backend)
• Strong product and engineering experience to own major product areas end‑to‑end
• Actively building with AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude) daily
• Direct user research or customer interaction experience
• Engineer who transitioned into product management is a plus
