Architect / Sr. Architect, Engineering Design & Technologists
We are excited to be partnering with an award-winning, design-driven architecture firm based in Manhattan, recognised for creating exceptional high-end residential projects throughout the US and internationally. Rooted in traditional architectural principles while embracing modern detailing, sculptural forms, and innovative technology, the firm delivers thoughtfully crafted homes that blend timeless design with contemporary sophistication.
Their collaborative studio environment combines creative exploration with technical excellence, offering team members the opportunity to contribute to highly considered projects from concept through completion.
The firm is seeking an experienced Intermediate Architect (4–10 years) to join their Midtown Manhattan office. This role is ideal for a design-focused architect with strong technical capabilities and a passion for high-end residential work.
The successful candidate will be involved across all phases of the architectural process, including design development, technical documentation, detailing, consultant coordination, and construction administration.
Responsibilities will include producing high-quality drawings and project deliverables, supporting client and agency presentations, attending site meetings, responding to RFIs, and collaborating closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on luxury residential projects, exceptional attention to detail, and strong architectural production skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required, along with proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Rhino and Lumion is a plus.
The firm is looking for a proactive problem solver who can manage multiple priorities, work independently, and contribute positively within a collaborative studio environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an architect looking to grow within a highly respected practice with a strong commitment to design excellence, mentorship, and professional development.
The firm offers a competitive benefits package including healthcare coverage, 401(k) matching, profit sharing, paid time off, and discretionary year-end bonuses.
