Nicole Fuller Interiors is expanding our NYC office and is seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury interior design and proven experience in delivering exceptional projects within the private residential, multi-family & commercial sector.
Job Requirements- Collaborate with Nicole, your junior/intermediate designer, vendors, sub-contractors & clients to develop innovative interior design concepts for luxury residential & commercial projects.
- Contribute to the development of interior design schemes from concept through to completion, ensuring designs are aligned with project goals & client expectations.
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation to communicate design intent and support the construction process.
- Work on creating budgets and detailed presentations. Source materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet project requirements & budget constraints.
- A minimum of 5 years of local experience working within the private residential, multi-family and commercial interiors.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office & Studio Designer.
- Possessing extensive knowledge of & practices, including FFE, furniture systems and specifications.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creative thinking, attention to detail.
- Hand sketching to illustrate ideas within the studio and with clients is a huge plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- You possess a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture and/or Architecture.
