We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our design team and help shape the future of our platform. You'll be responsible for creating intuitive, beautiful, and functional user experiences that solve complex business problems for our enterprise clients. In this role, you'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, define design solutions, and ensure exceptional user experiences across all touchpoints.
You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from web applications to mobile interfaces.
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product managers to define feature requirements
- Work with engineers to ensure design implementation quality
- Maintain and evolve our design system
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture
- 4+ years of product design experience
- Proficiency in Figma and design system creation
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Knowledge of front-end technologies and constraints
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with B2B SaaS products
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Familiarity with data visualization design
- Experience with design systems at scale
- Understanding of agile development processes
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic coding skills
