Who We Are
Fogarty Finger (FF) is an interdisciplinary design studio of over 145 architects and designers dedicated to placemaking within the urban built environment. Founded in 2003, FF is responsible for many prominent residential and commercial projects throughout the United States with offices in New York, Atlanta, and Boston.
We believe beautiful spaces build great experiences. Our projects are equally evocative and pragmatic - designed to be enjoyed by everyone. We design for the long term and create thoughtful buildings and interiors with timeless appeal.

- Represent Fogarty Finger at industry events, design fairs, showroom openings, Neo Con, ICFF, BDNY, and other trade events to strengthen relationships and identify emerging design opportunities
- Manage multiple tasks and schedules across concurrent projects with competing deadlines
- Proactively identify potential issues, document concerns clearly, elevate to senior team members, and propose resolutions
- Professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related design discipline from an accredited institution
- 3-7 years of relevant professional experience at a similar architecture or interior design firm
- Working understanding of commercial interiors, hospitality, and multifamily design
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to present confidently in both internal and client-facing settings

- Active pursuit of architectural licensure (ARE) or NCIDQ certification is preferred
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Salary range: $75,000-$95,000 annually (based on experience/skill level)
- Experience developing complete FF&E packages from concept through construction
- Ability to translate design concepts into constructible, real-world solutions
- Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and vendors
- Basic working knowledge of MEP and lighting
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and independently motivated, with strong problem-solving skills
Fogarty Finger has never stopped growing - and neither will you. Since our founding, we've expanded steadily across New York, Atlanta, and Boston, taking on a remarkable breadth of project types along the way. As a mid-sized firm, we blend the best aspects of large and small firm culture. Joining our New York office means genuine exposure to the full arc of design, from early concept through construction administration, across residential, commercial, workplace and hospitality work.
You won't be pigeon-holed into a single phase or project type - you'll be in the room for all of it.
