Site Works is a specialty landscape architecture practice that translates visionary landscape ideas into reality.
Weoffer a range of technical services including design, executive landscape architecture, specification writing, costestimating, operations and maintenance planning, construction planning, construction contract administration, and resident landscape architect services.
We are seeking a senior associate for all phases of work on public realm projects including parks, waterfronts,streetscapes, plazas, roofscapes, interior landscapes, green infrastructure, and eco-restoration.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead projects from design through construction phases under the direction of a Partner.
- Lead day-to-day communications with clients, stakeholders, and other external design team disciplines.
- Oversee and manage staff working on assigned projects.
- Manage project financial performance, including participating in monthly project reviews with Partners
- Participate in weekly meetings to manage project staffing across multiple projects.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in landscape architecture field with a minimum of five years of demonstrated project management including project financial management.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture.
- New York State Registered Landscape Architect or ability to obtain NYS registration within three months.
- Demonstrated xperience with interdisciplinary collaboration and projects across multiple scales.
- Demonstrated experience preparing specifications.
- Strong technical competencies in design, construction detailing and cost estimating.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated facility with AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino for construction documentation.
- Demonstrated facility with Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with New York City, New York State, and New Jersey public agencies a plus.

Our typical work week is between 40 and 45 hours.
After an introductory three month full-time in-office period, workis on a hybrid schedule, with staff working remotely on Mondays and Fridays, and in the office on Tuesdays through
Thursdays.
Remote days will vary as needed depending upon project deadlines and client meetings.
Full-time in-office work is acceptable at any time.
Salary Range: $105,000-$120,000, depending upon experience.
