Location: New York
KPF, a global architecture practice headquartered in New York City, is seeking an Architectural Intern (Interiors) in New York City to contribute to the development of design solutions under the supervision of senior designers.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Contribute in a creative and constructive way to the development of the design solution
- Assist design team in design process through sketching and 3d drawings, model making, and other required tasks
- Research interior-specific materials for KPF’s physical and digital library
- Assist with furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) selections and documentation
- Contribute to team effort through spirit of cooperation with team leaders and peers
- Follow directions positively and thoroughly
- Ask questions to ensure that assigned tasks are mutually understood
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in an interior design program.
- Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, D5, Adobe Suite and MS Office preferred.
Work Environment:
This position requires you to be in person in our New York office 5 days per week.
Pay Range:
$22.00 - $25.00 Hourly
