Packaging & Retail Display Designer- Fashion Tech Accessories

This role will design product packaging, seasonal gift boxes, shipping inserts and packaging, and in-store retail displays.

This is a hands‑on role for a designer who understands print production, dielines, materials, and vendor collaboration, and how to make products shine in brand aligned packaging.

• Design product packaging across multiple product categories for new releases and refreshing existing packaging designs
• Create seasonal gift boxes and limited‑edition packaging for gifting
• Design retail / POP displays for counter top, floor, signage, end caps, etc.
• Design shipping inserts and DTC packaging like postcards, bubble mailers, etc.
• Collaborate directly with packaging and print vendors
• Work closely with Product and Marketing teams for design execution
• Ensure brand consistency across all physical touchpoints and assist with brand guideline evolutions

• 3–7+ years of product packaging/print/brand design experience
• Retail packaging & display experience (mass retail, specialty retail)
• Expert‑level Adobe Illustrator (print workflows)
• Experience working with dielines and print vendors
• Deep understanding of print production (CMYK, Pantone, bleeds, finishes)
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple projects
• High attention to detail for print accuracy and design direction
• Interest in developing products with sustainable packaging
