About the Role:

We’re looking for an intermediate designer with focus on aesthetic/visual design. This role requires experience working with fortune 100 companies, creating best in class mobile apps, and web channel experiences. In this role you will create incredible experiences, guiding users through product’s interface using engaging interactive elements, and captivating visuals. You will be collaborating to define goals, project activities and timelines, researching latest trends and best-in-class designs, creating assets such as vision concept, high fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and occasional production assets.

With a love for creativity and craft, you should also have a passion for design systems, with a proven track record in defining, enhancing and rolling out ground-breaking experience designs. The ability to be creative, efficient, and work to a process in order to get the most out of challenging deadlines is another important skill.

An ideal candidate will have the following knowledge and experience:

• 5+ years in design, with digital consultancy/agency experience, working with top brands
• Experience designing mobile apps and responsive web
• Apply with conviction the best principles of layout composition, typography, visual hierarchy and motion design
• Offer strong rationale, prepare presentations and workshops that resonate with and engage your audience.
• Proactive and positive approach to work contributing to a fantastic team
• Iterate quickly in a fast-paced development
• Support and mentor junior designers, educate team on design process and principles.
• Experience working with design systems

The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
