Senior Interior Designer - Boutique Hospitality

A Senior Interior Designer is sought to join a boutique architecture and design studio based in New York City, renowned for delivering distinctive hospitality projects worldwide. This role focuses on the design of boutique hotels, members’ clubs, bars, and restaurants.

The position offers full exposure to the design lifecycle, from initial concept through to project delivery. The ideal candidate will be conceptually driven, proactive, and confident in leading and expressing their design vision. They will bring a strong background in boutique hospitality interiors, coupled with advanced knowledge of interior architectural detailing, a refined eye for high-quality finishes, and the ability to clearly communicate design intent while elevating client presentations.

In this role, the Senior Designer will lead concept development, translating ideas into curated mood boards, refined sketches, and comprehensive technical drawings. They will oversee all phases of design documentation, manage construction administration, coordinate closely with consultants, and source bespoke finishes, lighting, and furniture. A high level of expertise in bespoke detailing and supplier coordination will be essential to delivering projects of the highest standard from inception through to completion.
