DESIGNER - Men’s & Women’s Sportswear ​/ Athleisure

Winston Resources is recruiting for a Designer specializing in men’s and women’s sportswear and athleisure. This role focuses on cut-and-sew knits, CAD development, tech packs, garment construction, and fit review, with ongoing communication and follow-up with overseas factories.

This is a strong opportunity for a hands‑on apparel designer, especially someone with experience in sportswear, athleisure, and technical product development.

• Experience designing men’s and women’s sportswear / athleisure
• Strong background in cut-and-sew knits
• Ability to create CADs and technical packs
• Experience reviewing garments for construction and fit
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience following up with overseas factories
• Private label experience is a plus

• Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year
