Brand + Interface Designer

family office is hiring a brand and/or
* interface designer. full-time, in-person at our studio in tribeca. $72-96k.

* ideally, you're interested in both types of work.

if this post is the first you're hearing of us: we're a design firm in new york. we design brand identities and write brand strategy. we define brands from scratch and make the rules for them, and clients trust us with an immense amount. that should be exciting to you.

you may have seen work by us for Leggs, Ramp, Polymarket, Devotion, Scope3, Ditto, or any number of startups. we thrive on variety, and we look for designers who are curious, and highly critical, about any number of topics.

the role: you'll work directly with our team on brand identity and interface design, from first sketches to finished systems. real clients, real ownership, no template work off an assembly line.

• i ask every designer i interview: whose work do you love / envy? it's a make-or-break question. i don't look for a specific style, but i do look for a designer with an eye for their style. if your only reference is a well-known p
  * ntagram partner, you're not deep enough.
• you'll be a great fit if you hate templatized design. every agency says they're rooted in "strategy", which usually means a generic mission and generic values. have strong opinions, and be able to back them up.
• bonus points for a specialized craft outside of graphic design - illustration, 3D, motion, type design, whatever your thing is.
