Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $56.52 per hour
Shift: Hybrid (In-office 3 days per week)

What’s a typical day as a Senior Designer? You’ll be:
- Creating sketches of new eyewear concepts based on licensor requests and market trends.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams in New York and Italy to develop innovative designs and materials.
- Presenting creative concepts and technical drawings using Illustrator and 3D modeling tools.
- Supporting product development through prototype analysis and CAD reviews.
- Analyzing trends in fashion and eyewear to inform product direction and identify new market opportunities.
- Ensuring all designs maintain brand identity and meet licensor requirements.
- Participating in industry events and trade shows to stay connected and inspired.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from an accredited university (required).
- Bring at least 5 years of design experience with specialty retailers or in a distribution/sales environment, with strong knowledge of the production process.
- Possess experience in luxury accessories—eyewear preferred, but also jewelry hardware or fashion accessories.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have project management experience and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling (Rhinoceros or similar), and 3D rendering (Keyshot).
- Have experience in sales distribution; exposure to Italian culture and language is a plus.
