Selldorf Architects is seeking an Architectural Intern for the Fall semester
Responsibilities- Assist the team in general preparation of design and presentation documentation
- Will produce virtual models and 3-D visualizations/renderings
- Develop understanding of building materials, details and construction and documentation techniques
- Will build architectural models at various scales
- Conducts research or consults with specialists for assistance in document preparation
- Committed to learning about the field of architecture and design
- Applicants must be enrolled in a 4-5-year architectural undergraduate degree or Master’s program and have completed a minimum of 2 years.
- Previous experience in an architectural office or related field desirable.
- Basic abilities in drawing and rendering required.
- Model building skills are required
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Applications and 3D Visualization Programs including Rhino
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and precision and with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined.
- Ability to work with integrity, trust, commitment, setting an example for others
- Required to be in-person
This is a paid, part-time internship based in our New York City office. The anticipated hourly compensation range is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and demonstrated technical skills.
Candidates should be available to work approximately 16–24 hours per week during the Fall 2026 semester. The position requires regular in-person attendance in our New York City office.
