As a Space Planner at ARAMARK, you will design and optimize functional, efficient layouts for food service, hospitality, and facility spaces. You'll analyze traffic flow, seating, equipment placement, and storage to enhance guest experience, safety, and operational efficiency. Partnering with operations, culinary, and facilities teams, you will create drawings, specifications, and implementation plans, ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards, support renovations and new openings, and use data and feedback to continuously improve space performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design efficient layouts for food service and hospitality spaces
- Analyze traffic flow, seating, and equipment placement for optimal operations
- Develop technical drawings, plans, and specifications using design software
- Ensure compliance with safety, building, and accessibility standards
- Collaborate with operations, culinary, and facilities teams on new builds and renovations
- Support project planning, timelines, and implementation for space changes
- Use data and feedback to improve space utilization and guest experience
- Prepare presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders and clients
