Location: New York
Flex, a NYC-based Fin Tech, seeks a Staff Product Designer to own end-to-end design for a high-impact area, shaping vision and roadmaps while collaborating with PMs, engineers, and data teams.
You’ll design for customers under financial pressure, build to a scalable design system, and explore AI-enabled design with rapid experimentation. This role is based in NYC, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco, with hybrid on-site expectations.
