Our specialists are involved at every project stage, from consultation and design to product selection and expert installation.
We are looking for a talented designer who can manage projects from the initial client consultation through design development, technical drawings, ordering, and installation coordination. The ideal candidate combines strong design ability, technical knowledge, and sales skills and is comfortable working directly with homeowners, architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors.
Required Experience & Qualifications- 5+ years of professional kitchen design experience
- Previous experience working in a major, established kitchen showroom specializing in high‑end or luxury cabinetry is required
- Candidates should have experience working with premium custom or European cabinetry, rather than primarily with big‑box or mass‑market kitchen retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, or similar
- Strong knowledge of kitchen planning, cabinetry construction, materials, finishes, and installation requirements
- Experience with European cabinetry systems is highly preferred
- Experience working with high‑end residential clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required
- iExperience with Sketch Up, rendering software, or similar design programs is a plus
- Ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings
- Strong understanding of appliances, countertops, lighting, plumbing locations, and other elements affecting cabinetry
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client‑management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven sales experience in a luxury kitchen or cabinetry showroom environment is highly desirable
