Architect Level II

We are currently seeking exceptional applicants for the full-time position of Architect with 6-8 years of continuous post-graduate experience. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth, leadership, real responsibility, and collaboration. You will be collaborating on high-profile projects with ambitious design goals. The successful candidate will be working closely with both principals while managing projects from initial conception through implementation.

• Professional degree in Architecture
• Solid construction document experience with a focus on architectural detailing
• Technical intelligence with regard to building systems
• Excellent leadership ability and high level written and verbal communication skills
• Critically thoughtful, conceptually based, and process-oriented design ability
• Desire to be involved and contribute to all aspects of a project in all phases
• Collaborative yet self-directed; highly motivated, proactive, and resourceful

Experience across all project phases, including:

Proje
ct documentation
Agency approvals (
NYC Landmarks, SHPO, Public Design Commission, and Building Codes)
Drawing coordination with consultants and specification production

Construction Administration Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Software, and RhinoBIM Project Management Sustainable & Resilient project design
