- Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for premium eyewear collections
- Act as the creative and technical bridge between global brand licensors and manufacturing teams
- Collaborate closely with the North American division and European Headquarters
- Develop highly resolved sketchbooks in Illustrator
- Create fully detailed technical drawings, including section drawings, exploded views, and prototyping notes
- Use Rhinoceros and Keyshot to create hyper-realistic 3D models and renderings for executive licensor presentations
- Partner with product development teams to research proprietary construction details, innovative hardware, and advanced production techniques
- Analyze domestic and competitive fashion markets to identify new product opportunities while maintaining core brand integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of commercial design experience within luxury accessories, specialty retail, or product distribution
- Eyewear experience highly preferred; jewelry, watches, or precision hardware accepted
- Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
- Expert-level mastery of Rhino or equivalent 3D CAD
- Expert-level mastery of Keyshot
- Direct experience reviewing CAD assets and physical factory prototypes
- Ability to ensure accurate manufacturing translation
