- Support the design team in developing commercially relevant, trend-right products aligned with seasonal direction.
- Create and revise CADs, including flat sketches, colorways, print fills, brushes, and presentation-ready artwork.
- Maintain line sheets and support design documentation using Adobe InDesign.
- Assist with technical packs, style handoffs, bills of materials, and product lifecycle management tasks.
- Organize, track, prepare, and maintain development samples for fittings, reviews, presentations, and milestone meetings.
- Build seasonal concept, color, fabric, and mood boards; conduct trend and competitive research.
- Partner with Design, Technical Design, Production, Merchandising, and vendor teams to communicate development updates.
- Participate in fittings and follow up on revisions, construction details, and sample status.
- Provide flexible support for design requests and special projects in a changing, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Entry‑level design experience within apparel, retail fashion, or intimate apparel product development.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, including the ability to produce polished CADs.
- Experience with technical packs, bills of materials, PLM systems, and product-development workflows.
- Working knowledge of garment construction, fit, proportion, and fabrication.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross‑functional teamwork.
Please share examples of CAD work, technical packs, bills of materials, and garment construction knowledge. A portfolio that demonstrates strong attention to color, print, proportion, detail, and commercial fashion sensibility is preferred.
