F. Schumacher & Co., also known as FSCO, is the parent company to many brands within our portfolio. This role is part of Schumacher North America, which is the largest division of the company.

Our New Construction Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment (FF&E) team is looking to add a dynamic Associate Project Manager to their team. The Associate Project Manager role will play an important part in supporting expansion and renovation projects and will report into the Space Planning FF&E Project Manager. This position will support all aspects of FF&E procurement and implementation while aligning with the brand’s vision, design standards, budget, timeline and operational needs.

YOU

WILL
  • Support new showroom projects from beginning to end working with internal teams as well as outside designers to make sure showrooms are furnished and ready for timely openings. This includes ordering/returning memos, organizing scheme boards and creating pdfs, placing reserves and orders for wallpaper, fabric, trim and furniture. It also includes some sourcing for furniture, accessories and antiques and contributing ideas for design schemes.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate FF&E schedules, budgets, and tracking logs from design through delivery and installation.
  • Work with finance department and vendors on payment terms, vendor set up, and invoice processing.
  • Communicate regularly with vendors after orders are placed to ensure timely deliveries and installations.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining corporate FF&E standards and libraries to ensure efficiency and consistency across all locations.
  • Assist in facilitating showroom signage and create product sheets and appropriate showroom signage for our preferred vendor partners.
  • Participate in new location installations.
YOU HAVE/ARE
  • A discerning eye and knowledge of interior design.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an interior design related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to travel for installations.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for presentations and work orders.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel or management software for tracking budgets, schedules, and procurement.
  • A passion for beauty, style and all things design.

Salary Range

$55,000 - $60,000 USD
