$92,000 annually Pay:
- Survey the job site prior to the start of the project.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings of architectural and structural features of buildings such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations, and construction projects.
- Analyze building codes, bylaws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs.
- Present drawings and plans for approval to the NYC Department of Buildings.
- Preform feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations.
- Compile needed blueprints, specifications, and construction reports.
- Work closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on Time and according to the specified design.
