Product Design Lead

• We’re looking for a Director of Product Design to lead a small but mighty team of Senior Product Designers
• You’ll have a key part in setting the direction of the Fi experience across the entire customer lifecycle
• The role offers a chance to be hands-on in Figma while demonstrating creative strategy expertise that bring Fi’s brand to life
• Set the vision and high standard of quality for the entire user experience across the Fi suite of products
• Evangelize customer-centric thinking throughout the entire organization
• Align the team’s priorities to our overarching strategy and goals
• Manage, mentor, and grow a world-class design team
• Oversee the creation of a design system
  
  Champion the user and advocate for their experience across teams and leadership
• Design for global scale
• Partner closely with cross-functional leadership to make fast, high-quality decisions and turn complex constraints into elegant solutions
• Work with research to stay close to customers and translate their pain points into priorities
• Contribute to a design culture of collaboration and creative thinking
• Guide the team in folding AI into the design process
