NY based firm specializing in high-rise luxury residential buildings seeking a Job Captain. We are seeking a candidate with 8+ years of experience, NYC high end residential design, mixed use buildings and commercial projects.
Qualifications and Responsibilities- 8+ years of experience
- Strong background in Revit
- Strong understanding of creating a set of construction drawings
- Strong understanding of DOB Documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pick up a project in midstream and run several projects simultaneously is required
- Experience working on design and production drawings for new buildings, renovations and alterations
- Diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices
- Uses advanced techniques, and has responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and material approval.
- Acts independently regarding architectural methods and complexities.
- Supervision and guidance mainly concern overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters.
- May supervise a small staff.
- Responsive and dependable to meet deadlines
The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
