Architectural Designer Overview
- The Architectural Designer will contribute to designing high-end single-family, ground-up projects, ensuring innovative and functional architectural solutions.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of architects and designers to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
- Engage in all phases of architectural design, from conceptual development to construction documentation.
- Utilize advanced architectural software and tools to create detailed designs and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations throughout the design process.
- Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and provide expert recommendations.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent.

- Ensure all designs meet client expectations and project specifications.
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of architectural design experience; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
- Experience in high-end single-family, ground-up projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
