Role
Description:
Collaborate closely with the Senior Designer and cross-functional teams,
including Design, Tech, Production, and Sales, to support the seasonal
- Assist the Senior Designer in creating, updating, and maintaining development and production tech packs, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
- Support product development by reviewing samples, lab dips, trims, fabrics, and artwork, and communicating updates and revisions as needed.
- Assist with sketching, CADs, line sheets, and presentation materials to support seasonal design and account needs.
- Support artwork development and execution as needed, based on business, brand, licensing, and account requirements.
- Partner with the Senior Designer to help maintain consistency across product, color, fabrication, artwork, and overall design direction.
- Maintain and organize fabric, trim, and reference libraries to support ongoing product development and seasonal research.
- Conduct trend and market research and provide relevant insights and references to support seasonal design direction.
- Help manage the day-to-day workflow of assigned projects, ensuring samples, revisions, approvals, and deliverables remain on track.
- Track approvals, comments, and revisions while maintaining accurate design documentation throughout the development process.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create CADs, artwork, technical updates, and other design development materials.
- Take ownership of assigned development tasks while working under the direction of the Senior Designer and helping to ensure projects move efficiently from concept through production.
