New York City-based firm specializing in socially progressive, contextually appropriate, and civic focused design. The focus of our work is new buildings, innovative adaptive reuse, creative public spaces, and the transformation of urban edges, gaps, and interstices to make communities more sustainable, resilient, livable.
Responsibilities- Lead team and conduct client meetings
- Manage consultants' drawings, deliverables, and schedules during DD, CD, and CA phases
- Act as point of contact for all technical issues
- Maintain and ensure QA/QC in accordance with firm standards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
- 5 - 10 years related experience on NYC projects.
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning and codes is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino and industry software Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience in sustainable design and building performance (CPHC / LEED / Well accreditation a plus)
- Strong technical expertise related to design and construction administration
