This is a New York independent that turns cultural intelligence into brand worlds - craft-led, street-inspired, and working at genuine scale - a place where design thinking shapes the commercial outcome rather than following it.
The studio was founded in 2002 and works across drinks and a fast-growing food portfolio for some of the most recognised names in beverage and packaged goods.
The RoleYou'll develop and execute design and illustration across food and beverage projects, from concept through completion, with packaging front and centre. That means taking a brief and running with it: generating visual explorations, sketching thinking, and translating brand context into work that ships.
As clients push their briefs upstream into brand strategy, so does this role. You'll contribute to client presentations through strong visual work and clear thinking, and build strategic awareness as scope expands. You'll report to a member of the creative leadership team and work closely across a small, collaborative group.
The Package$70,000 - $100,000
- Hybrid working: three days in the studio
- A protected 9 - 5:30 working culture
- Varied, high-craft project work with real creative ownership
You're a Designer, likely three to six years in, currently at a branding or packaging-focused studio in or around New York. Your portfolio is CPG-heavy with packaging at its centre - drinks and food work is essential. You've moved past pure execution: you think in brand context, present your work with confidence, and bring genuine personality into the room.
