Within frog's Creative & Design practice, we help organizations create meaningful products, services, and experiences by combining creativity, strategy, research, design, and technology.

Your Role As a Service Design practitioner, you will design and improve systems spanning people, processes, digital and physical touchpoints, leading service design activities and client conversations while mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead service design activities across multidisciplinary engagements.
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and visual frameworks.
• Design systemic interventions across complex partner ecosystems.
• Facilitate research, workshops, co-creation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Prototype and validate service concepts through walkthroughs and role play.
• Balance user, provider, operational, and business needs.
• Contribute to proposals, pitches, mentoring, and practice development.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and service innovation.

• 5+ years in Service Design, Strategic Design, Business Design, or a related discipline.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong service design and visual communication skills.
• Experience leading service design work streams in multidisciplinary teams.
• Confident presentation, storytelling, workshop, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency with contemporary design, collaboration, and prototyping tools and methods.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline preferred.monstrate ability to design, mastery in story telling with the permanent willingness to take results to the next level. They start to supervise more junior profiles on small projects.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $112,600 - $212,700
