AD100 design firm seeking a talented Technical Architect (CA) with luxury single-family residential experience to join a highly regarded architecture and design practice.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical and construction side of architecture, particularly MEP coordination, detailing, and construction administration. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure complex residential projects are fully coordinated and successfully executed.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP, structural, lighting, AV, and specialty consultants
- Review drawings and resolve technical and constructability issues
- Support detailed construction documentation and coordination
- Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and field conditions during CA
- Coordinate directly with consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Participate in site visits and troubleshoot issues during construction
- Experience with luxury single-family residential projects
- Strong MEP and consultant coordination experience
- Construction documentation and CA experience
- Strong technical, detailing, and problem-solving skills
- Genuine interest in how complex residential projects are built and coordinated
