Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

Loci Architecture is an award-winning firm with almost 30 years of experience completing academic, residential, preservation, and community projects. We are seeking a technically skilled architect to join our team on several exciting projects in various stages of design, production, and construction, including school and institutional projects.

This position requires strong design and technical proficiency in Revit, as well as knowledge of the NYC building codes, with experience on school projects considered a plus. The candidate should be comfortable communicating with co-workers, clients, agency officials, consultants, and contractors. This role requires a disciplined project approach that translates the firm’s vision into coordinated, buildable solutions while working collaboratively with an entire project team, and ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Licensed or actively pursuing licensureto practice architecture in New York State
• A minimum of four years of overall experience in New York City architectural offices since earning a professional degree
• A Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree in the United States or equivalent degree earned in a foreign country
• Expertise with Revit, CAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• LEED Accreditationor Passive House certified
• Experience with the New York City Building Code, Zoning Resolution, Energy Code, and DOB filing documents and procedures
• Authorization to work in the United States

The anticipated salary range for a candidate who meets the preferred profile is $80,000-$100,000.
