Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 / year

As a Designer at Foster + Partners, you will play a key role in shaping innovative design solutions, supporting projects from concept development through to design documentation. Working alongside talented multidisciplinary teams, you will help bring architectural ideas to life through drawings, models, visualisations and presentations, contributing to world-class projects while continuing to develop your technical expertise and design skills.

• Contribute to the design and delivery of high-profile architectural projects.
• Develop creative design concepts and explore innovative design solutions.
• Work collaboratively with experienced designers and project leaders.
• Build your professional experience within a globally recognised practice.
• Continuously expand your technical, visualisation and design capabilities.

• A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and design understanding.
• The ability to produce and develop drawings, models, images and design documentation.
• Confidence working with a variety of media and tools to communicate design ideas.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
