We are seeking an
Architectural Pro
ject Manager
to be a part of the multi-billion dollar Borough Based Jail Program located in the New York City area. The Architectural Project Manager is responsible for managing phases of design on a large-scale new building project.
- Works with project team members by planning, organizing and managing aspects of a large-scale project.
- Provides on-going communication through team meetings/minutes/up-date memos to project team.
- Prepares schedules and fee charts.
- Interfaces with Clients, Client representatives, Consultants and other disciplines.
- Assists with negotiating fees and contracts.
- Actively coordinates with internal and external team members.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in building design and project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working on public projects in the New York Metro market (DDC, SCA, NYCHA, PANYNJ, MTA, etc.) is preferred.
- Professional License is a plus.
