• Lead design and product oversight for the women's and girls' woven categories in partnership with the design leadership team.
• Conduct market, trend, materials, trim, and construction research; develop seasonal inspiration boards, design presentations, sketches, CADs, and product specifications.
• Direct the selection and development of fabrics, components, trims, branding techniques, and other product attributes in line with seasonal briefs and category direction.
• Partner with technical design and cross-functional teams on prototypes, fittings, garment fit, construction, product updates, and carry-over styles.
• Manage seasonal deliverables and product-cycle communications, maintain accurate digital design files, and resolve calendar or delivery obstacles to meet business priorities.

• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, problem-solve, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion and apparel categories, with excellent knowledge of the luxury market, materials, and garment construction.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Flex PLM, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design, technical design, product development, production, merchandising, fabric, graphics, trim, and other cross-functional teams.
