Position Overview

As part of the Print Design team, you will provide operational support for all Prints for Women's Collection. You will partner with the Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Raw Materials teams, as well as Sourcing Offices, Factories & Mills to ensure the integrity of product.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Design to communicate artwork design and colors to mills
  • Responsible for managing and tracking strike-offs from mills
  • Sending comments to mills and documenting in airtable
  • Tracking WIP progress and reporting stats weekly
  • Shipping color standards and artwork to print mills
  • Receiving strike-offs/sample yardage from mills to present to design and prepare meeting agenda
  • Filing & maintaining seasonal strike-off binders
  • Responsible for maintaining print archive - keeping print area organized/clean
  • Organize and maintain XD/Airtable bases for Collection Prints
  • Prepping for design meetings - assisting with putting presentations together
  • Code and approve invoices in Ariba
  • Assist with other department tasks as needed
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Manage assigned tasks to specifications and deadlines
  • Strong aesthetic sense to capture and execute the Design's vision
  • Knowledge of Excel, Flex PLM, Airtable
  • Experience in Product Development related area and in a garment manufacturing & sourcing environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of Flex PLM highly preferred or knowledge of the product category
  • Preferred knowledge of product category #LI-CE1
